About Us
Bytes and Books was founded with a goal of connecting people to systems. We want to meet you where you are and get you, your processes, and your systems where they need to be.
Meeting you where you are
You and your team have more important things to be doing than filling out forms and tickets. We will work with you in your project management system whether that's Jira, Monday.com, Clickup, Asana, or any of the other options on the market. Beyond systems though we work directly with your team. we love project managers, product managers, and business analysts and will work closely with them; not all companies have them though and many times they are overloaded. Every member of Bytes and Books is technical, but we will all chat about GL impact with your controller, or your pick and pack process with your warehouse manager.
Getting you where you need to be
We build long term relationships with our customers while trying to work ourselves out of a job. We'll be here when you need us but will build customizations which offer you the control you need with documentation to go alongside. If you have an internal team of developers or want to get business users into your iPaaS tool more, we will be happy to provide training and enablement.
